Transfer in Progress banner never hides

Note

Not sure what I did but I suspect these were the steps.

1. Start a Transfer to Spending
2. Wipe wallet before it completes
3. Uninstall + reinstall and restore from same seed
4. Either: do another transfer or wait for the transfer order to fulfill and the channel to open
5. Certainly I have no pending channels (as seen in LN Connections list)
   but I have "TRANSFER IN PROGRESS" banner on home screen.

   idea: probably this could be a good optimisation there, sync the banners with the list of pending channels
