Spawns empty windows on scroll/start in certain contexts

Describe the bug

When scrolling in certain windows additional empty windows get spawned.

To Reproduce

Open settings -> extension settings or keybind settings -> scroll through the list.

Expected behavior

No additional windows spawn.

Additional context

Main view doesn't have this problem and i didn't notice it in any extrensions, main settings tab is also unaffected. But extensions/keybinds are consistently affected. Also spawns/despawns window on start/restart. Sometimes the window doesn't get destroyed.

This is extremely weird and I have strictly no idea how vicinae could be causing this. Was that happening before v0.16.11?

this was happening on every vicinae version (at least i don't remeber using vicinae without this bug present).

actually, not only scrolling, any input triggers a window spawn on affected pages.

yes. other input fields are not affected.

same issue with other x11 window managers

after #803 (i think) the issue stopped occuring at the start of the daemon, but started when opening settings.
