Add additional password strength CSS class

Hello,
I want to change the colors of the password strength bar to fit more into my design. By default the color of the bar will be added via inline styles.
It would be great if you add also an additional CSS class to the bar depending on the strength:

Example:
<span class="strength-meter weak">, <span class="strength-meter bad">
So it will be possible to overwrite the inline styles with CSS.
