Outdated Quill and Delta version

It has been more than a year after Quill 2.0 was released and more than three years after Delta 5.0 was released. Fortunately, there doesn't seem any breaking changes from Quill 1.x to Quill 2.x. Delta 5.0 drops support for older than IE 12 and Node v12. But I don't think vue-quill should support that old platform either.
