Duplicate output shown in chat interface

Hi! I've been using Claudia and really enjoying it, but I've noticed the chat interface shows duplicate output for commands.
As you can see in the screenshot, the same execution result appears twice with identical content:

Same task description
Same file path
Same feature list
Same token count and cost information

The first output shows as "in progress" and then the second shows "Execution Complete" with exactly the same content repeated.
Is this intended behavior or just happening to me? It works perfectly fine functionally, but seeing the same output twice feels a bit redundant and makes the chat history longer than needed.
Would it be possible to show just one clean output per command? Maybe just the final "Execution Complete" version?

This is still nothing :D, for me each message is rendered 10 times, making Claudia very hard to navigate.
