JRuby: LoadError: no such file to load -- log4j

I am unable to use this library in JRuby, despite loading log4j jar and requiring log4jruby project.

Please provide a full traceback and step-by-step instructions to reproduce the issue. Just FYI, I've never heard of log4jruby.
