V3 Conformance Program: Zowe Explorer for IntelliJ

Publish the conformance program for the IntelliJ Explorer

Tasks include:

• Review the criteria / provide feedback & recommendations to the squad

• Copy the criteria to the spreadsheet format used by all other conformance programs

• Revise the existing criteria checklist to include IntelliJ

• Revise the existing conformance application to include IntelliJ

• Submit request to OMP to deliver the V3 badge, modify the landscape accordingly

• Plan & Execute the official Launch

Onboarding is targeting the introduction of this program with Zowe V3.

@jmertic : We will need someone from OMP to perform a few tasks for us w/r/t introducing this program:

1. Add the Zowe Explorer for IntelliJ badge to the existing conformance program: https://openmainframeproject.org/our-projects/zowe-conformance-program/
2. Modify the existing conformance application to include Zowe Explorer for IntelliJ

Note: these changes have already been made in the Support Provider Conformance program.
