[ADD] LIDARR AND WHISPARR

This pull request adds support for two new media management services, Lidarr and Whisparr, to the Jellystack project. The changes update both the documentation and the Docker Compose configuration to include these services, ensuring users can now manage music and "movie" (Whisparr) downloads alongside the existing stack.

Service additions:

• Added lidarr and whisparr service definitions to docker-compose.yml, including their images, ports, volumes, and environment configuration.

Documentation updates:

• Updated the README.md to mention Lidarr and Whisparr in the main description and feature list. [1] [2]
• Added lidarr/ and whisparr/ to the folder structure, and described new media directories (music/ for Lidarr, paff/ for Whisparr).
• Included Lidarr and Whisparr in the list of default ports in the documentation.
• Added project links for Lidarr and Whisparr in the acknowledgments section.
