Bug fix for creating and saving story drafts for in progress anthologies in projects page
Removed repetitive fields from Story that were already in Story Draft or Author

repetition + out of sync between create and edit story draft modal because of new mandatory fields added
create story draft is up to date but additional fields need to be added to edit modal (can use same base modal to avoid repetitive code)
maybe some modal fields could be optional like story description and grade?
