Adds a structured product roadmap organized by delivery stage (Delivered → In Development → Planned → Under Consideration → Not Planned). Each feature has a dedicated page with a value proposition and current status, written for product management and domain experts.
A Jinja2 template and generator script keep the overview README in sync with individual feature pages.
