These two dependencies are now JUnit 6.1.3, but the same test runtime classpath still pins org.junit.platform:junit-platform-launcher to 1.9.3 on the next line. In contexts that honor that explicit launcher version, the build-logic test task runs a JUnit 6 engine behind a 1.9 launcher, which can break test discovery/execution; JUnit's Gradle setup for 6.1.3 declares the launcher without a version so the 6.1.3 BOM supplies the matching version (https://docs.junit.org/6.1.3/running-tests/build-support.html). Please bump the launcher too or drop its version.
