Thanks for this - it sounds like the name of the plug-in should be updated to just conditional given that everything is now.

The coding style doesn't quite match the DataTables standard (although that isn't actually documented - I should get around to that...) so there will need to be a few updates for that.

I'll try to review in detail when time allows.

It´s about what to hide if there´s only 1 page. So maybe a good name could be OnePageConditional.
Just let me know what to change, I´ll do it.
