## Closes DogStark#3 ### What does this PR do? - Restores reproducible installs and pins supported runtime versions (Node.js >= 20.9.0 via .nvmrc and package.json engines, npm >= 10.0.0). - Adds comprehensive GitHub Actions CI pipeline running clean installs (npm ci), linting (npm run lint), TypeScript type checking (npm run type-check), unit & regression tests (npm test), network configuration validation (npm run test:network), smart contract compilation (npm run compile), contract testing (npm run test:contracts), Solidity coverage (npm run test:coverage), and production build (npm run build). - Introduces deterministic frontend unit and regression test suites for question invariants, adaptive difficulty thresholds, Zustand store actions & state transitions, countdown timer races & cleanup, session submit states, and page routing. - Enhances smart contract tests with full coverage of streak milestones, leaderboard boundaries and sorting, CELO reward claiming, and owner pool management, resolving a uint256 underflow in empty leaderboard queries. - Updates documentation in README with verified runtime prerequisites, test scripts, and local validation command sequence matching CI.
