Move fluidsynth and libxmp to depends, minor fix for comments

Dynamic libraries should not be optdepends for reproducibility of binary.
libxmp is no longer part of AUR.
optdepends=(wine) is no longer useful.

wine is actually still useful: we read the wine registry to find the RTP. This is one way to add it (Technically this does not require wine, only a wineprefix)

This PR looked reasonable, no idea if you closed this by accident? Assing c1 who does the packaging stuff.

I agree that the optdepends cause issues here because e.g. OBS will not install them before the build so features are missing (and the optdeps except Wine are not loaded indirectly via e.g. ldopen)
