Initial draft
We will need to decide when to publish this - wait until 4.10.x becomes public or whilst still in beta. The contents will need changing depending on this as it stands now I am assuming we will publish when 4.10.x becomes public as the old settings in 4.9 and 4.8 are referred to as Legacy.
If we publish now I will need to rename documents / titles and some content
Let me know if image sizes are ok and if you feel there is a lot of replication when documenting each section type
