Example: Showcase rename chain

This PR is an example of showing result of the rename-chain feature that help developers convert from Evermint into their own chain, fully customized.

There are 2 branches involves in this PR:

• rename-chain/original is the source branch, contains original code of Evermint
• rename-chain/after is the branch post-rename, contains code of new chain named Nevermind

Step taken:

• Update symbols for the new chain at constants/constants.go
• Run ./rename-chain.sh
