Custom theme for Snappy Driver Installer Origin

Trying to do a minimalistic, modern, and Windows-y theme that is informative while being easy on the eyes.

Installation

Installation is basically just putting a text file and a folder of graphics in the SDIO Themes folder:

1. Download the latest jsn.zip
2. Unpack the content to your SDIO Themes folder (e.g. \tools\SDI\themes)
3. Open SDIO and choose JSN from the theme picker
