A version of GregTechCEu/GregTech#1065 in Gregification, so we can avoiding eating rotten foods by checking on the TFC food capability. Allows for not adding TFC as a dependency in CEu.
The commented out mixin is my attempt for auto drinking water, and is a work in progress.
