Overview
Updates the lockfile so resolved js-yaml@^3.13.1 moves from 3.14.0 to 3.15.0. There are no application source changes—only the yarn.lock entry and checksum for that package.

3.15.0 backports the maxTotalMergeKeys loader option (default 10,000) to cap YAML merge (<<) key processing during load() / loadAll(), addressing merge-related abuse/prototype pollution concerns noted in the upstream release.
