Thank you for this contribution @stacyharper! Based on the Transport Data Gouv website, this feed is behind a login wall, so users must login to https://data.grandlyon.com/ before accessing it.

We currently don't have a way of representing this kind of authentication type in our schema (only API keys and HTTP headers), so we'll need to update the schema in #311 before adding this feed.
