In the biological topology, KITLG and imatinib act as converging branches into the KIT receptor. Because our algorithm strictly evaluates and returns direct, linear path traversals between two target entities, the path from imatinib to asthma does not traverse KITLG. Removing this node aligns the test asset with our direct-path output constraints (confirmed via team discussion with Jared Roach).
