This PR brings the cost curves example up to date with the latest deprecations and updates the turbine reference to one that is included in the ORBIT library. Additionally, some minor docs issues have been resolved, a
clean_notebook.pyscript has been added to strip metadata and outputs from the notebooks in theexamplesfolder, and thebuild_docs.shscript has been updated to include this step.
