The following tracks the generation of the pineapplgrids for the NC nDIS processes used in the nPDF fitting. Whenever available, the pineapplgrids are stored in https://github.com/NNPDF/nfastkernel. The status of the pinecards generation is reported in NNPDF/yadism#160.

@juanrojochacon, @enocera Do you know if the applgrids used for nPDFs are still available somewhere? This would be useful for the benchmarks.

P.S The nulcear APPLgrid tables are identified by the n prefix.

I haven't tried yet, I will do so a bit later. I will let you know whether it works. Thanks @cschwan!

@Radonirinaunimi please rebase on current master. In the end, the only change to the files in this PR is to move pinecards folders top-level, since the pinecards folder itself does not exist any longer.
