First version

This version has been sent out for manufacture. There may still be bugs!

Changes over previous versions include:

• Moving some connectors around
• Switching to a Molex SD card connector as it looks easier to solder
• Fitting push switches for power and reset

Edit: This board failed audit and was not manufacturered. The kicad scripts put too many layers in the Gerbers. I subsequently decided to go for four layer boards anyway.
