Main changes explained:

• Fixed styling for Noshow Insights bar graph to reflect progress length proportional to the percentage.

How to test:

1. check into current branch
2. do npm install and npm run start:local to run this PR locally
3. Clear site data/cache
4. login as admin user
5. go to dashboard→ https://localhost:5173/communityportal/reports/participation
6. Check the No show insight across different filters.
7. Check if the length of the progress is proportional to the percentage.
8. Check if visible in both light and dark modes.
