Includes just this: Sayali: add Show/Hide Trackers button to Dashboard Tasks tab header
#5321 -- testing just this one PR to see how it affects the Dashboard. Previous tests showed it was problematic.
Prior to merge: 18 seconds to hard refresh and load the Dev Dashboard.... Dashboard responsiveness was slow
After merge: Same load speed with Trackers not open. Opening trackers shows most but not all trackers. Responsiveness definitely seems slower.
Merging to Main to test it there where there are way less people in the system.
