Added missing test file entries to the Infrastructure section of the test
README. The test files feature-flags.test.ts and install-id.test.ts were
added to the codebase but not documented in the test inventory.
Introduced by commit f7652de (@AhmedTMM)
Without this update, developers consulting the test README to understand
test coverage would be unaware that feature flag and install ID
functionality has test coverage, potentially leading to duplicate test
creation or incorrect assumptions about untested code paths.
