docs: fix typo and header capitalization in README

Description

This PR addresses a couple of minor formatting issues in the README.md to improve readability and consistency:

• Added a missing period to the end of the opening paragraph.
• Capitalized "Project setup" to "Project Setup" to match the title casing of the other headers in the document.
