Adds pytest coverage for CHW care plan, CLEAR, DischargeMe, EHRShot, MedAlign (+ helper), MedHallu, Mental Health, MIMIC BHC/RRS/billing, n2c2 CT matching, Race-Based Med, STARR patient instructions, and SHC variants (BMT, CDI, CONF, ENT, GIP, privacy, proxy, PTBM, Sequoia). Includes Black formatting and small mypy fixes on touched tests (e.g. medalign helper imports, n2c2 patient dict typing, mental health dialogue_type). Declare python-docx as a core dependency so race_based_med_scenario imports succeed under default installs; update uv.lock accordingly. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
