Uses reverse-engineered compiler from Blockly Cloud to allow production of .axe compiled files, compatible with the official PICAXE Programmer App.
It's been a while since I added this branch, so some testing is needed to confirm functionality. Also it may be worth looking into whether the web serial tool can be integrated into this implementation at some point.
