If Sacred Fire King Garunix's location changes after activating its first effect, it should no longer Special Summon itself.

For example, a FIRE monster is destroyed by card effect.

CL1 Sacred Fire King Garunix, CL2 Fire King High Avatar Kirin

CL2 resolves, I destroy Garunix and summon Kirin.
CL1 resolves, since Garunix is in the GY now, it should not be summoned. However, with the current script, it does summon.

Copied the condition from Salamangreat Fennec, which works properly, and now Garunix also resolves correctly.
