The Ubuntu templates currently weigh in at around 900M
If we use a base package.list, built on top of a minbase debootstrap, we can get a minimal template at just over 200M.
The existing base package.list is renamed to focal_standard.list.
This means that we need to add an Alias in template definitions, so that focal=focal+standard
