In this PR:

• Refactored strategy.py and moved monitor and adaptation logic to exemplar.py .
• Implemented Goal Management logic, and included it into the example run.py .
• Updated Knowledge class with a pipeline variable for managing changes to the data from multiple strategies.
• Introduce optional Poetry files for dep and virtualenv management.
• Fixed tests associated with the old implementation.
