Description

This PR enhances the overall user experience of the SamDev Pulse landing page by improving responsiveness, spacing, typography, and visual consistency across multiple sections.

The update focuses on refining the existing design rather than redesigning it. Several layout and spacing improvements were made to provide a cleaner appearance across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices while maintaining the current branding and functionality.

@hunain053 Great work in improving the mobile design

but the style changes done also affected the normal website desktop layout which should not have been done. keep the desktop site as it is, only apply these changes in the mobile layout.
