pause-indicator: add indicator_pos option

Fixes: #530

Changes:

• Add indicator_pos option to control the indicator position same as mute icon position
• Prevent duplicate positions. For example if both were the same, change mute icon position

Usage:
Same as mute indicator position. In pause_indicator_lite.conf add/adjust the following:

indicator_pos=middle_center
mute_indicator_pos=top_right
