* Update Cloudflare Worker AI models to the new @cf/meta/llama-3.3-70b-instruct-fp8-fast to resolve 5028 deprecation error. * Improve error handling in weeklyAiSummary to provide a more descriptive fallback message for 500+ status codes indicating the AI endpoint is offline or unreachable. Resolves an issue where AI endpoints were failing due to a deprecated model (error 5028). The fallback error message on the client has also been improved for scenarios when the AI service is unreachable or returning a 500 status.
