You can get the target record which is going to drop by using [SfDataGrid.RowDragDropController.Drop](https://help.syncfusion.com/cr/cref_files/wpf/Syncfusion.SfGrid.WPF~Syncfusion.UI.Xaml.Grid.GridRowDragDropController~Drop_EV.html) event.
