  1. Use maven-shade to enable bundled .jar file including dependencies
  2. Fix ability to run locally by not skipping local: items in the .ttl file
  3. Remove BrainGrid icon load into GUI that prevented startup in the IDE context (for unknown reasons)
  4. Fix getNodeFileLocalAbsolutePath method to not prepend ${WORKDIR}/artifacts/ before the actual file path
