Introduces the Verify.SolutionDiscovery.Tests project with comprehensive tests for solution file discovery scenarios. Updates Verify.props to implement MSBuild logic for auto-discovering solution directory and name, preferring .slnx over .sln, handling multiple solution files, and emitting warnings as appropriate. Adds the new test project to the solution.
