* fix some telephone regex * convert away from Contact object * remove no longer used method * remove old-api ID setting methods * remove ContactList usage in favor of arrays, remove probable attempts to find existing list first * not using these * re-add this to have plugin continue returning existing list instead of for sure trying to add one. * make sure we have an ID first * remove CtctException checks. Exception class unused * remove unneeded error and try/catch block
