Hi there 👋

This is Hu Zheng, a bioinformatics researcher.

👨‍🎓 About me

I am a Ph.D. student at Huazhong Agricultural University (HZAU) in China. My research interests are bioinformatics data analysis and related software development. Specifically, my current research focuses on single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNAseq) and Spatial transcriptomics (ST) data. In addition, my research involves neurobiology, particularly mapping neural circuits through high-throughput sequencing.
