Description
The Playground setup frontend points incorrectly to prod CoW API when processing order.
Moreover no orders can be submitted via the frontend due to signature error.
Changes
Forces the chain id 123456789 to use localhost as RPC node.
Pins frontend to specific commit where the signature error was resolved (can be removed once it hits the
mainbranch).How to test
