This change addresses the temporary solution of using nodeId as a reference for audio recordings. It introduces a unique identifier for each recording, ensuring that multiple recordings for the same node can be uniquely identified and managed. The data model, synchronization logic, and UI components have been updated to support this new identifier. Additionally, several pre-existing bugs in the SurveyWizard component were fixed to ensure proper integration.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 16171796960464496852 started by @alfieprojectsdev

- Updated `db.ts` to use a unique string `id` as the primary key for the `blobs` table.
- Incremented Dexie version to 2 and added an upgrade migration to populate unique IDs for existing records.
- Updated `saveAudio` to generate and return a unique ID: `${sessionId}_${nodeId}_${timestamp}`.
- Updated `AudioRecorder.tsx` to use the unique ID in `onRecordingComplete`.
- Updated `sync.ts` to use the unique record ID for filenames and deletion.
- Fixed and enhanced `SurveyWizard.tsx` with corrected imports, method calls, and 'audio' node type support.
- Fixed `getAudioBlob` in `db.ts` to correctly query by the compound index `{ sessionId, nodeId }`.
