RFC7230 A server MUST NOT send a Content-Length header field in any response with a status code of 1xx (Informational) or 204 (No Content).
RFC9110 A server MUST NOT send a Content-Length header field in any response with a status code of 1xx (Informational) or 204 (No Content).

ResponseContent no longer adds "Content-Length: 0" to informational (1xx)
responses without an entity, per RFC 7230 §3.3.2 and RFC 9110 §8.6.

@arturobernalg This is unnecessary. Non-final 1xx response messages never get passed to the protocol interceptors.
