Per Koda's live post-create verification: the owner lands in #onboarding-owner (private onboarding space), not #all, and Cindy's greeting there introduces herself + offers to build an agent team + drops a team-mode example in a thread. Fixed all three #all references (landing + Cindy hello + caption) to #onboarding-owner and rewrote the Step 3 tail to the real seed behavior. 05 screenshot swap pending Koda's docs-safe v2 (his proof capture exposes a real handle/test-server, not docs-safe). Koda's docs-safe v2 render: Raft Workshop / raft-workshop, owner Ava, #onboarding-owner, Cindy's four verified seed messages + team-mode.html thread. Gated by me on all 4 axes incl. behavior-accuracy (channel + seed match the live capture) and docs-safe env (no huxijin/test-server/ machine/#all/deprecated); consistent with 01's Ava/Raft Workshop. huxijin published an updated onboarding video. Swapped the embed to
a1AqmUsA3LQ ("Meet Your Onboarding Agent Cindy in Raft", verified via
oEmbed) + aligned the iframe title. Folded into this branch (same file
as the #onboarding-owner fix) to avoid a same-file PR conflict.

Fast-follow to #34 (task #64). Cindy flagged: after Create Cindy, she greets in #onboarding-owner (private onboarding space), not #all, and the seed copy was wrong.
Verified against Koda's live post-create capture on a disposable prod server:
