This solves #313 by only prepending
this._baseSiteto URLs if they don't start with/https?:/. For example, Facebook uses differing domains for these requests:getAuthorizeUrl: https://facebook.com/dialog/oauthgetAccessTokenUrl: https://graph.facebook.com/oauth/access_token
