The static-completion section didn't mention the compliment-parity features (fuzzy matching, ranking, local bindings, :refer completion, special-form filtering) added since 0.7.0.

The static-completion section didn't mention the compliment-parity features added since 0.7.0 - fuzzy matching, ranking, local bindings,
:refercompletion, and special-form filtering. Adds a short bullet list so the docs match what it actually does, ahead of the 0.8.0 release.
