Auto-bump PR only updated .github/versions.lock; flake.nix needs the matching URL/sha256 set so `scripts/sync-versions.sh` passes the merge gate. Hashes from `nix-prefetch-url --unpack` against the v1.248.0 release tarballs.

The auto-bump workflow was only updating .github/versions.lock, which left flake.nix pointing at the old wasm-tools URL+sha256 set and broke the merge gate's versions-lock-sync check (PR #92 needed a manual follow-up commit). Add scripts/update-flake-wasm-tools.sh that runs nix-prefetch-url for the four release tarballs (aarch64/x86_64 × macos/linux) and rewrites flake.nix in place; the workflow installs Nix and invokes the script before opening the PR. Windows install is unaffected — install-tools.ps1 reads versions.lock dynamically and needs no per-version edit.
