Apply the shared `blockquote` utility to `<blockquote>` inside `prose` so the standalone class and the prose variant share one source of truth for typography. Margins are kept as before. Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>

packages/tailwind/tailwind-typography.css:<blockquote>inne iprosebytter ut egne@apply-styles med@apply blockquote. Margins (margin-top/margin-bottom) beholdes som før.@obosbbl/grunnmuren-tailwind(patch).
