Package resolution: Newtonsoft.Json 13.0.4 was added as a conditional dependency for Codebelt.Extensions.Xunit.Tests to explicitly manage transitive package resolution with transitive pinning enabled, ensuring consistent dependency resolution across the test ecosystem.
